R. Use the following options:

  imapsync ... --prefix1 ""    --sep1 /  --idatefromheader ^
               --nofoldersizes --useuid --nocheckmessageexists

First try above V10 solution since improvments have been made
to support Tobit.

R. Use the following options :

  imapsync ... --prefix1 INBOX. --sep1 / --subscribe --subscribed
